Movistar Team heads to the Italian Grand Tour with a well-balanced squad that combines Grand Tour experience, emerging talent and the versatility required to tackle all types of stages. The team will be led by Enric Mas, making his debut at the Corsa Rosa, and aiming to finish as high as possible in the general classification.
Alongside him, the team features riders capable of performing across varied terrain. Orluis Aular will bring speed to bunch sprints, while Javier Romo and Einer Rubio are expected to play key roles in the mountains. Iván G. Cortina offers options on punchy stages and explosive finishes, and home rider Lorenzo Milesi specialists in the time trials.
The lineup is completed by Juanpe López, who brings proven experience in the Italian race, and Nelson Oliveira, whose role will be crucial in race control and strategic support at key moments.
The 2026 edition of the Giro features an innovative route with an unprecedented start in Bulgaria, adding a special appeal to a race that retains its essence with the traditional finish in Rome.
