Just Keeps Getting Worse for Armstrong

He’s been on a sort of “goodwill” tour, making amends to numerous people he hurt during his heyday.

Now, retired Italian cyclist Roberto Gaggioli, is claiming his Coors Light Team had made an agreement with the Motorola team to let Armstrong win the Triple Crown of Cycling in 1993. Those were the three races by Thrift Drug that were comprised of the West Virginia Classic, Core States Race and the Pittsburgh Classic.  He claims that numerous riders let Armstrong escape from the peloton.  His team received 50 million Italian lire and he personally got $100,000 that was delivered inside of a panettone holiday cake.
