COLORADO CLASSIC RIDERS ANNOUNCED

RPM Events Group announced the full field of Men’s and Women’s riders that will be competing in the first edition of the Colorado Classic.

Among the 90 top male cyclists set to compete is second-place Tour de France finisher Rigoberto Uran, and American Olympian Taylor Phinney.


A full slate of Colorado natives will be tackling some familiar terrain:
Rally Racing’s Danny Pate (Colorado Springs)
Trek-Segafredo’s Gregory Daniel (Denver)
Trek-Segafredo’s Peter Stetina (Boulder)
Cannondale-Drapac’s Alex Howes (Boulder)
Cannondale-Drapac’s Taylor Phinney (Boulder)
Cannondale-Drapac’s Rigoberto Uran (Colombia)
Expected to contend for the overall Colorado Classic title are Americans Brent Brookwalter, Evan Huffman, Greg Daniel, and Robin Carptenter, along with Columbians Rigoberto Urban, Janier Acevedo, and Daniel Jaramillo.
The women’s side also features some world-class competitors, including Kelly Catlin of Rally Racing and Jenn Valente and Allie Dragoo of Sho-Air Twenty20, with Dragoo recently taking the win at the Cascade Cycling Classic.
Team ISCorp also will feature the Schneider sisters Sklar and Samantha, and Katie Compton, a legendary cyclo-cross champion.
