Michael Chiarello’s Bottega Gran Fondo. This event celebrates Chef Chiarello’s passion
points: sustainable farming, cooking, wine-making and cycling.

Michael Chiarello’s Bottega Gran Fondo is the first of its kind destination cycling event
where world-class culinary leaders share the state with world-class cyclists and
celebrities who will all be part of the peloton.
Join Chef Chiarello, along with Chefs Matt Accarrino, Jody Adams, Daniel Humm,
Winemakers Doug Shafer, Larry Turley, Joel Gott and Pro Cyclists Chris Carmichael,
Lucas Euser, George Hincapie, Bob Roll, Christian Vandevelde, and Dave
Zabriske in Yountville, CA for an intimate two-day food, wine and cycling experience
unlike any other. The Bottega Gran Fondo invites riders of all levels to embrace the
region while creating a flavor memory that fuels our message that ‘we ride to eat’.
The event is dedicated to supporting three important causes that impact the community
of Napa Valley and beyond: Clinic Ole, Napa Bike and the Vine Trail. From healthcare
services to bike safety to improving the roads of Napa County, these non-profit
organizations are critical to residents and tourists alike.
